Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Video or photo evidence taken during the unboxing process

We recommend recording the unboxing process and capturing clear photos within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we may investigate the matter accordingly.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

The customer is liable for all shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has left Johannesburg, South Africa.

For South African orders, approved damaged or defective items may qualify for a replacement.

For international orders, approved damaged or defective items may qualify for store credit toward a future purchase.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased incorrectly or due to change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, handling, and product integrity reasons, used journals cannot be returned.
